“I love that the focus isn’t on ‘doing activities.’ It actually encourages you to think about the person and the feeling you’re creating with a gift.”
Jessica M., Fraser, MI
“I’d never done experience gifts before because I thought they sounded complicated or kind of awkward to pull off. This asked the right questions and gave me all the details I needed to make it easy. Instead of panic-buying something online, I started small and planned a memorable afternoon that was just perfect for my visiting cousin.”
Amanda P., Great Falls MT
The gift ideas were great and not limited to the usual experience gift suggestions that other sites give. But the real value is the planner! I'm looking forward to using it again.

Hi, I’m Katy, a mom, friend, educator, and experience-designer who cares deeply about helping people feel more connected. This project grew from my belief that the most meaningful gifts are experiences, moments, and acts of thoughtfulness that help people build deeper relationships with one another, themselves, and the world around them.

Gifts of Experience
Experience gifts focus on time, moments, and shared activities instead of physical items. We’ve all given them, often without thinking of them that way—taking a colleague out to celebrate, planning a day for a friend, or showing up to share something meaningful with a loved one.
These kinds of gifts have a way of bringing people together and creating memories rooted in a specific moment or relationship.
When chosen with care, they can strengthen connections, support health, and give people moments for growth and joy rather than more things.
